Zacuto Gorilla Kits & Airport Carry-On
I was wondering if anybody here had any problems getting their Zacuto Gorilla Kits through airport security in their carry-on? I'm asking because I'll be traveling frequently for a week and plan on bringing my Zacuto Rapid Fire along with the 7D. I know I could check it in, but I'll be traveling light. Maybe I should bring some documentation showing what it actually is?

You won't have any problems. Break it down into the two parts and you will be fine.
I sent my boss back from Nepal with my 7D kit as a carry on and the Rapidfire was inside the Think Tank bag. No questions or problems. Daniel Weber |

I recently returned from Montana and I carried on a lot of equipment, including a shoulder mount, and I was pleasantly surprised, no problems what so ever.
You should be fine. |
