i7 2.8 iMac vs 2.93 Quad transcode tests
Hey guys, I'd like to run a test which may help some on here.
Does anyone out there have the EOS E1 FCP plugin running on an i7 2.8 iMac with 8GB ram or around there? I'm curious to get some transcoding times to run against Mac Pro's and Macbook Pro's times. 60sec footage = xxx min/sec to ProRes 5min footage = xxx min/sec to ProRes 10min footage = xxx min/sec to ProRes Last edited by David Chapman; March 21st, 2010 at 03:50 PM. |

I have that setup but I would need to download the 7D source footage as I don't have a dslr yet.
Let me know if you still want my help... Darrick Last edited by Darrick Vanderwier; March 21st, 2010 at 03:50 PM. Reason: spelling |
