Quick played around with the EOS 550D last week at DVinfo.net

I'm a Nikon DSLR user, but I have been looking closely at the Canon camp for alternative to video (just wish Nikon announce something soon!). I got the chance to play around with Canon's EOS 550D last week, courtesy of Canon Australia and I'm rather impress with the system. Its much closer to the 7D in terms on functionality.

I have not fully tested the unit, but I will be attending the EOS 550D product launch tonight, play around with more, and if anyone has anything they want me to check out or ask, let me know.

PS. This could be a good 7D backup.
