Pentax new lens on Canon 7D?
Anyone can confirm if there is an easy to find adaptor to use a Pentax SMCP-FA 50mm f/1.4 Autofocus Lens on a Canon 7D (or T2i) camera?
Thanks |

Ron: I picked up a Pentax-M SMC, 50mm 1.2 lens. I paid $50 for the lens and $12 for the converter off Ebay. I picked this lens also because I had a similar Pentax 28mm and 135mm left over from a past life. I am awaiting the ND filter ..and some time to play with it.
I probably did not answer your question, because it is not Auto Focus.. but perhaps will add to the overall discussion of using other lens. Cheers. Jim |

I've bought 4 adapters for my old Nikkor lenses from Kawa Mall on eBay. They're about 12 bucks each and are heavy and solid. I had bought two much more expensive adapters from one of the big mainstream NY stores and had to send them back because they wouldn't fit solidly on my lenses, and they were very thin and flimsy. Sometimes more money isn't better quality.
