Stuck pixel on 7D above ISO 1600

What's reasonable for accepting a stuck pixel. I have one that appears very faintly at 1600 (total black screen with cap on, just visible) and progressively becomes more visible and is quite visible at 6400 in real scenes

Is there a way to turn the pixel off? Does anyone typically operate a 7D this high in ISO?
