C300MkII - How to disable audio?
Okay, so I film a lot with the C300II stripped down to bare minimum - so no top handle, no XLRs. In this mode all 4 audio channels record audio from the internal mic. If I plug a mic into the mic port and turn it off, then the internal mic audio is still recorded on channels 3 & 4.
Sometimes I like to film knowing nothing I'm saying is being recorded (for example when out filming GVs). Is there any way to disable audio recording entirely? I can't find a way, but there must be! Thanks, Matt |

Can you not turn the gain to zero? (as a temporary workaround.)
