KinoFlos are lovely. A 4x4' is a joy to use (so long as you have a Sparks/Grip/Assistant to manhandle the hardware). I've tried lesser units, but like Dedo lamps, there's something special about the Kinos. Or is that psychosomatic?
Will Mr Nosovskiy be releasing a video version of his seminar? Good lighting workshops for download/DVD are rare - but we can all learn. Especially for those needing to move on from 3 point and 4 point lighting.
