I've been told there will be an announcement at the end of the month regarding the exact price and date for the C500 delivery. My guess is October......but we'll see at the end of the month!

Nope....I was gone for most on July in Switzerland and thought it might happen while I was there.....I even looked on Canon's site in Europe & here but no sign.......I'm hoping for the end of the month....

It looks like the press release will be out either the end of this week or the beginning of next week.It should contain pricing & delivery on the C500, maybe something on the 1Dc, pricing & delivery on the smaller cinema zooms shown at NAB....and maybe something else! Either way, Chris will have it up....usually before it's on the Canon site.....'cause he's that good!
