Sony EX1 60i or PsF
Hey,
I'm sort of new with this SDI Uncompressed stuff and am wondering what setting I should put my EX1 on to get the best quality in the HyperDeck Shuttle. I'm going to be shooting 24P and filming green screen. I don't want interlaced, but am not sure how this all works. Thanks, Jim

Re: Sony EX1 60i or PsF
Well, since since the HyperDeck only accepts 720P60 or 1080i60 (in NTSC land...), you'll be getting interlaced if you want 1080.
BUT! Here comes the good part... In PsF, the 24P material is written into a 60i "wrapper" using pull up, later removed via pull DOWN in your edit software to recreate your original 24P material. Clear as mud?
