Supported SSD, not working

Hi there,

I recently bought an extra SSD for my Shuttle, it's an Kingston V+200 240GB disk which is listed on the website of Blackmagic for supported disks. My input format is 625PAL, so it's SD, but during recording the record light starts flashing meaning that the disk is too slow for recording? How is this possible??!!
