BMCC missing dongle
I am a reseller. I had a client call and tell me the BMCC he purchased from us was missing the Resolve dongle. Has anyone else had this happen? Brand new, sealed box camera.

I thought the dongle in the BMCC box was because it was needed for the full version of Resolve. I didn't think the freebie Lite version needed one. Of course I could be wrong since I only have the BMCC and not the BMPCC.

that's why i asked that question, BMPCC does not come with full version and doesn't have dongle included

I rememver a post or two about the MF version not having a dongle on board. You need to contact customer service of you seller or make direct contact with Black Magic customer service.
