So what exactly is Irish genre? Obviously not set in Ireland. What percentage of the cast have to speak in oirish brogue to fit the criteria?

Here in America Irish genre means movies about the Irish and Irish-Americans.
I know it sounds stupid. I guess if the same rule would apply in Switzerland, then American genre there would be movies like European Vacation |
