I find the Frankenheimer (there's that "Frank" again) commentary on 'Ronin' to be very interesting. Also Robert Rodriguez 'Ten-Minute Film School' with 'El Mariachi' is really interesting. I don't recommend the version with 'Once Upon A Time In Mexico', though - it's mostly about computer-based enhancements and cheats.
