Boardwalk Empire opening - how?
One of the best opening sequences I think I've seen (great show too of course) but how did they do the bottles in the sea. My guess is they netted off an area of sea and littered it with fake plastic Canadian Club bottles then duplicated it, but I really have no idea. I don't think it's CGI.
Normally this would be considered a nerdy thing to discuss, up I feel I'm among like minded folk here. |

i'd lay a bet it was cgi actually. Mixed with a few real bottles for close ups
