Not a parody really, but very silly humor. Here's a hint:

It is an 80's movie.

Sorry Cole and Mark, but those are both wrong. Maybe this was a little too obscure. Hint #2:

At a point in the movie, the two main characters travel to Pakistan....

Well, I guess my next guess would be "Ishtar" but I know its already wrong. I'm pretty sure Pakistan didn't actually factor into the movie, and any humor that was to be found in the movie was purely unintentional.

I just have no idea what this one is.

Ok, I'm not gonna guess again, because I had to research it a little. (and that would be cheating) But my current guess would seem to match up with all the clues (silly, 80's, Pakistan) you gave except one...the original quote. Is there any chance the quote was actually, "If you let us go, I'll bring back the sun." or am I even close? (but no cigar!)

Alright, let's try another one!

"I am the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta-kind-of mood...you can tell the angels in heaven, you never saw evil so singularly personified, as you did in the face of the man that killed you."
