if you have been watching it, the story of volI and volII leads DIRECTLY into the events that happen in Episode III. so i guess these cartoons are pretty canon.

Vol. I doesn't. Vol. II does - and word is that Lucas himself, after seeing how well Vol. I turned out, took a personal hand in Vol. II and designed the overall story. |
