Wow.

Anybody else take the time to watch the directors cut of "KINGDOM OF HEAVEN"?

Seems I underestimated it.

An entire storyline was removed, greatly affecting the pace and feel of the movie. I think the studio version was a victim of the political tenor of the time of its release.

See the director's cut. Even better, WATCH the making of documentary, and you'll really appreciate how Scott had to walk the line while shooting the film.
