Canon's HV20 and Avid XPress Pro, How Are You Doing It?

I'm tyring to make heads or tails of XPress Pro's compatibility with the HV20. From what I gather 60i is not a problem, 24P is. Is that accurate?

If so, what workaround are you using for 24P? Thanks much.

Peter,

I've never worked with the HV20 but after reading up on it, it appears that it shoots in HDV 2. So you are correct in stating that there is no direct ingest of HDV 24p into Xpress. You would need to use a utility called MPEGstreamclip to convert the raw m2t to a DNXHD file. But, I bet Avid Liquid would work.
