Xpress Pro Video Resolution questions at DVinfo.net

I am running Xpress Pro HD 5.2.1

I have shoot my video on a Canon XL1 PAL camera.

My question is when capturing media into AVID what is the difference between:
DV 25 420 OMF and DV 25 411 OMF?

What is the correct project resolution to set to enable the best quality video to be brought into AVID?

Remembering I am in PAL land.
