Mixed media for MC5

Dear Pros

I have some HD MXF footages shot in 720/60p and some of 1080p/30p and they need to be put together in 1 project using MC5. I tried to reduce to 1080 footages down to 720p but the MC5 couldn't take it with error message" different frame rates".

How could I solve this problem?

Best.

Kent: Did you try creating a 1080/30P project, and then just dropping the 720 material into the timeline as is, along side your 1080 material? AVID is fairly forgiving these days about mixing different flavors of video together.
