De-interlace after editing

I'm working on a multicam project where some of the cameras were shooting 30p (Canon XHA1 and Sony EX3), but some cameras were shooting 60i (Sony Z7U, Canon Vixia). I have gotten quite a ways into my edit and I realized that I forgot to de-interlace the 60i footage. Is there a way I can easily appy de-interlace to only the interlaced parts of my project? For instance, can I make a de-interlaced copy of my 60i media files and then relink my edited sequence to these copies?

Thank you!
