Trouble saving titles

I've just updated to 5.8

When I create a title and then go to SAVE it I'm getting a pop up that reads :
DISK_ACCESS_DENIED followed by numbers and the name of the title i was going to save under and :PICT

Anybody know what the problem is?

I'm saving to the mac's internal HD which has plenty of space available and i am the administrator of my computer

Do you have a seperate drive for media? If so keep all media clips, efx, titles, mixes on that media drive and your project file on the main system drive.

It is always a better practice to keep your media seperate and discreet.

Cheers.
