FCP is quick time based and Avid uses its own OMF/XMF file system. Yes - there are 3rd party programs that will facilitate going back and forth. But basically - avid stuff won't work with FCP and visa versa. The FCP "equivelent" of the mojo is this http://www.aja.com/html/products_macintosh_kona.html and similar cards made by other manufacturers. mike |
