I get audio and video at full frame rate on my 1.86 GHz Core 2 Duo using Nero 7 (equivalent to an overclocked X2 4800+). However, the clips will not play at all on my Athlon XP 2800+. The audio stutters on my Acer 2 GHz Core Duo laptop. I suspect much of this is due to there not being an AVCHD codec so the software has to jump through some hoops to play the H.264 with one codec and the audio with another non-associated codec. I believe things will smooth out once we get an integrated codec for AVCHD.
