green screen problems
1) I've just noticed a darker green horizontal bar slowly moving up my green screen shooting AVCHD footage. What is it and what can I do about it?
2) I set the white balance but now I see it's a darker shot than leaving it set on auto. I'm starting to think perhaps this is related to problem 1. Editing with newblueFX chroma key in Vegas Pro 10c. Thanks

Re: green screen problems
A rolling horizontal bar is usually flicker from your lights. What type of lights are you using? Flourscents and cheap LEDs will cause this, as well as high- and low-pressure sodium vapor lights.

Re: green screen problems
I agree with Mr. Carlson. Our 4x4' kino flo instruments are smooth at both 24 and 30psf,
but if we turn them off and turn on our house fluorescents, the rolling bars start to roll.
