combining a multichannel aiff audio file (5.1) with video in compressor. at DVinfo.net

I have bounced from APPLE LOGIC my 5.1 aiff file,

i have a video file with mov extension with no audio, and want to create a one source media file, combining video and 5.1 file

i have done authoring with dvd studio pro and it works fine, with level, compatibility in any system etc, but now i want just one media 5.1 audio/video file to put on a server.

I have done it, sending the sequence from final cut, with 5 audio channel routed to 5 channel directly to APPLE COMPRESSOR and settng as target h264 with aac audio encoding to 5.1.

i am wondering about anyone of you has experienced some other faster way
