CIneform trouble with SONy XR500 footage

Anyone else having trouble with HDLINK conversion of the Sony footage from this camera?

I've noticed many files stop converting - don't complete are bomb out.

I'm using the lastest version of Prospect HD v 4.x and am having no problems.
I use the Sony PMB software to transfer the clips from the card to a SATA or USB hard drive, then use HD Link to batch convert the folder from the SATA HD to the RAID drive- so, not reading and writing to the same drive. I usually keep all of the parameters the same: 1920x1080 60i, etc.
I just finished converting 2+ hrs- 700+ clips- & it was quicker than realtime with no errors.
If you are using the entry level CF software (Neoscene), it may be converting your 1920 AVCHD to 1440 HDV type aspect ratio & may be contributing to your problem. I think that Neoscene is not 1920 capable.
