No Moov Box when rendering large files.

I'm having a bit of trouble with rendering large files.

I'm using Sony Vegas, and have had this same problem on multiple systems.

On shorter files, I have no trouble creating a nice MP4 file using the Mainconcepts AVC codec.

However, if the file is longer than (I'm guessing) 45 minutes, after rendering I usually get a file I can't play because it contains "no moov box."

I think this may be a bug with the Mainconcepts AVC encoder; as I have no problem with rendering to an .mpeg (MPEG2) file using MainConcepts MPEG2.

As I'm likely to continue making these large files for the forseeable future, I'd like to know what options I have to fix this before I just resign myself to rendering to MPEG2 first and then buying $150 worth of equipment to transcode using Badaboom or something like that.
