what cam to capture Rods?
30fps is too slow to capture these speedy creatures. See here:

Yeah, their sorta old news. As I remember, people did it by filming the over hang of their roof when the sung was bgehind it. They could capture rods flying around then.

Rods were conclusivly proven to be nothing more than insects on film. Due to the figure-8 motion of an insects wings, couples with a shutter speed never higher than 1/60th per second, means a fast flying mosquito of fly, leaves a figure 8 wing trail
