How do you protect yourself against this?
You're shooting and then 2 pitbulls attack you.

Well loll,
I kanda have had the same experience 2 weeks ago. I was filming a bicycle race, and i had to run over the street to reposition my camera, and i din't notice that there was a guy with a dobberman dog ( don't know if the name is the same in english!). I was just turning myself, and then out of nothing the dog bit me. luckely for me the dog let go, so i could just get away. result: 4 toothmarks and 1 week out, ohh and yeaaa the bicycle race was ruined. greets Michaël. |

I wonder if you could mount these Animal Repellants on an L-bracket like Beach amp or microphone.
For really mean dogs you might have to mount one of these.

Not sure about the laws in Canada, but a small can of bear repellant (pepper spray) would probably work quite well. It is legal to carry here and very effective against most large animals.

well, actually if you kick a dog in the rib cages theres a good chance their ribs collapse, now thats a real hard kick mind you, but thats what i was taught. Course with teo dogs, you'd have to do some fancy foot work i supose
