Sony full format Exmor chip

The Sony a 900 DSLR still camera has a 24x36 millimetre full format Exmor picture sensor. So far, I can’t see any video option. But it’s interesting that Sony already has a large Exmor chip. Is it too slow to manage video yet?

Logic would dictate that the new EXMOR-"R" will be appearing sooner or later across the Sony line. With it's improved low light performance, it would likely kick everyone else sideways. I'd be interested in a sucessor to the a350 with decent video capability myself...

Not holding my breath for this year though.
