You should compare the M2 with the Letus35FE, which is also HD.
Comparing the M2 with the legacy Letus35 is quite like comparing apples and oranges.
The Letus35FE costs twice the Letus35, and if you supply it with a Rod system, the price is near 1000$
Included are Nikon and Canon mounts.
