Nikon lenses - samples & rundown
Just thought i'd post this - it's a page on Nikon Lenses & the mini35 specifically - but the info is good for people wanting to know more about the ins and outs [good and bad...] of adapters & non-cine lenses.

Dan's gears did turn up on Cenevate - they are a greta solution - standard pitch, and because they sit out from the lens the very short focus roll on a Nikon is compensated for by increasing the circumference of the lens.
