I'm going to watch this right now! Do you have a high rez version online anywhere as well? I would really love to see it without much compression - especially YouTube compression...

When you shoot through a vignetting relay, the background (groundglass) area decreases proportionately faster than the vignette when you zoom inside of it.

Even if he crops the vignette out of his present image, he may well still be in front resolution-wise, versus zooming in far enough to get inside of it.
