relay lens
Does the Mini35 relay lens use an achromat lens?
the relay lens of the xl1 connecting kit is the same of the relay lens of the jvc hd100 connecting kit?? thanks and sorry for my bad english |

The mini 35 goes like this:
35mm film lens -> mini35 ground glass, flip prism, project to screen -> relay lens to camera. As far as I know, Canons are the only ones to need a relay lens with the mini35. Other camera's will zoom onto the screen of the mini35. With a Canon the archomat will properly project the image to the Canon CCD block.
