Why dirt moving on screen so slowly? Is it because of camcorders built in steadyshot or is there done some windowing and reframing in post? Why dirt got onto GG? is it somehow open to the air?

I slowed down some of the footage... and yes, the image stabilizer was on, that is why there is dirt.
