Century Optics Achro Powers and Focal Length?
How are the two numbers related? The Century Optics +7.0 achromat is what equivelant FL?

So I called CO today and asked them this exact question and got a funny response: we can't tell you that information because then you could make an achromat that works just as well as ours.
My only thought was: Exactly!

So how does that relate to the GG position, then? Mine is about 55mm away from the Achromat, and focuses fine. What does FL describe, if not the distance of the subject to the lens?
