XL1s question
I have an XL1s with the standard ISII servo lens. Do I need to get a macro lens before I can use any of these adaptors? Will I need the 16x manual servo lens, or are there other cheaper converters that I can use with my current ISII? A link would be appreciated, as I can't find a XL1s macro lens myself.

Is that the original 16x lens? I think most adapter has it's own achromat / macro that will work with your lens, thanks.

I'm not sure what you're asking.
My XL1s can not focus close to the lens, so I don't know how it would be able to focus on the plane in the adaptor. I wanted to verify if I did indeed need to get a new lens, or macro adaptor. |
