Hc1 with slr lens
Hi i'm using wide lens 0.6x with hc1..
i want to try slr lens directly without using any adaptor..i just need film look..i don't need DOF. will it work? this clip was color corrected... http://www.dvuser.co.kr/zboard/data/movie1/24frame.mov |

It won't work. The reason you would use a SLR lens is to acheive shallow DOF. Just putting the lens on the camera wont aid in a film look. You should look towards filters and such in post.

You get an upside down, out of focus, and vignetted image. What are you looking for when you say you want a "film look" but not shallow DOF?

that's a nice little clip.. the hc1 can saturate quite nicely in post.

Ok. upside down is no problem i can edit this later.. i don't need shallow DOF.
