Film GG?
I read somewhere on this forum about Using a Film Frame negative as a Ground glass --has anyone tried this? I was thinking of using a large film-- maybe 70mm and photographing a white void--maybe made by photo graphing infront of some bright halogens? Has this worked - or can it work?
I am really dont really have much knowledge on photography, can anyone give my some pointers, or point out my ignorance?--lol |

It wont work as the light passing through the negative wont be diffused. If you hold a neg in front of your eye, you can see through it and focus on objects. All the neg will do is cut down your light.
Maybe im wrong but thats my take in it anyway. Wayne. |

Dear mr. Diaconu suggested this method. I think he was talking about color reversal film.
