Need help choosing accessories. at DVinfo.net

Hi all. This is my first post around here, but I have benefited a great deal from all the good info on these forums.

I own a couple of DVX's and am looking to setup one as a dedicated 35 system. I have read through the majority of this forum and the one at dvxuser.com but have yet found the answer to my question.. So here it is!

Has anyone setup a mini35 with their dvx using nikor lenses.... if so which follow focus and matte box should I be using? I am based in the middle east so I can't get my hands on the goodies to try :( Nonetheless, I trust yalls judgment, and would be happy to get some advise.
