Some questions (GG, lens...)

Hi.

I had a problem with a hot spot days ago, now I solve it with one lens, taken from the front of an old 35mm photo lens.

Now I have:
1.gl2
2.GG
3.))
4.35mmlens

New lens looks like this: ))

Is it good configuration: gl2, ...1cm..., GG and )), ...about 5cm..., 35mm lens?

Is it good to be )) or it must be ((?

Which side of GG must be grinded? Can I grind the both sides? I have some scratches on a GG, is it possible to eliminate them to grind it again?

Is it good to color the inside of a adapter black?

Thanx, my adapter is going really better now, the picture is all bright, there is no hotspot inside, I think, )) solved the problem...

I'd put the (one side!)grinded side facing the gl2. But you must be sure that that surface is on the right distance of the 35mm lens so it's sharp on infinity.
I do it like that to avoid the DV camera lens to reflect on the GG.
Are you sure those scratches are noticeable if the GG spins (unless it's static)?
