Separate viewfinder.
For my double camera (almost ready to finish technically) I'd probably need to build a separate viewfinder because the image is split to two cameras.
But for other people it would also solve the mirrored and upside down image. Another advantage is to see outside the frame a little, I think 35mm movie cameras often have this. The frame would be marked inside the viewfinder. The disadvantage is that you can't focus. Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem? I thought about a setup with identical lenses and a system to focus the two together (like in a Rolleiflex), but that eliminates the use of different lenses. |
