telecine?
maybe someone knows - what kind of GG telecine* unit uses? maybe it will work for us also?
*----------------------- telecine = process of transfering film to video tape. |

They dont use GG.
In its most basic form its a video camera capturing the film directly while its back lit. |

so, what kind of SCREEN is then back lit?
it must be something - not just light bulb in background :) as i understand it looks like this: light source -->screen -->film&gate-->video camera ..........oo *| ][ >[_] please ignore the dots :) right? if yes - then the screen is obviously there and it is some kind of diffuser. but maybe much less transparent then GG. maybe not. i do not know, maybe someone knows... thanks, filip filip |
