X-10 Vanguard
I'm doing a wedding video next month and am also providing an a/v feed into an overflow room. The customer wants a three camera live broadcast to an lcd projector. I have one assistant and I will have to work the live feed from a central location using a Panasonic MX-30 video mixer. I am considering using three X-10 Vanguard security cameras which have remote controlled zoom/pan/tilt and supposed VHS quality single CCD lenses. I have never used these cameras and am not sure how good the picture quality will be on an 8' X 8' screen. Input anyone?
Thanks!

are you going to try and do a live switch from the three cameras to one tape or going to have three tapes running?

I will have one vhs recorder in line between the video mixer and the lcd projector. The three cameras will only send video feed to the mixer. I'll fade between cameras, and may try to pan and zoom the active camera by remote if it is fluid enough, but I only get one take so there's no room for error.
