How can I connect my 37mm HC1 lens to my Extreme

Right now I'm using about 10 adapter rings in a rather Mickey Mouse arrangement. Is it possible to find a 37-72mm single adapter? I looked and have not found one. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Raynox makes a 72mm -> 43mm step ring. You could then step from 43mm -> 37mm. That way you only have two rings.
