I ordered it 4 weeks ago and finally It gets here to France but......Customs wants to see it and that holds me up for 7 more days then the guy gets to my house and I missed him by 2 min. arrrrrrrgggggh low and behold he shows up today and I got my hands on the adapter.... and it doesnt fit! I am no mechanic but given the right tools and instructions I can do anything. Can anyone tell me what I need to make this happen and where would I look to find it ...Im thinking I need some sort of adapter or filter or something but I really dont know...

Thank you

what camera do you have?

If it is a HVX200 you need a 82mm to 72mm step down. if it is a Canon HV20 you need a 82mm to 72mm step down. That is if you ordered the 72mm version. do you know what version of the extreme you have? It comes in 72, 77, and 82mm (according to the website).

You obviously don't have the 72mm version ( if the did there wouldn't be a problem).

If you have the 77mm letus extreme:

If you have the 82mm letus extreme:

Hope this helps

Letus Mistake

I called Hien and got on the yahoo Cam with him so he could look at the part, He sent me the 82 mm instead of the 72 mm thats why it does not fit soooooo.... One more day ...I should be able to go to the local Camera shop and get a "step down" ring...which he says most do to protect the original plastic part anyways, He is sending the correct part now.
PAUL THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FAST REPLY this board seems to be very "clickish" at times and you came through for me I am in your debt!....

Regards

Miguel

Please contact us directly at production@jcwolfarth.com
