Letus Stills
Here are some stills from my daughter's soccer match today. Shot with the Letus FE and a Nikon 200mm f4.
These are raw from the timeline. No color correction. The JPEGS presented here are softer than the original...sigh

Hey Steven,
These stills look great. Were these taken using your VIVIDRGB Custom preset? Thanks, Juan |

Yes, VIVIDRGB with sharpness set to zero and color gain at zero and I warmed up the overall picture using the incremental white balance gain....I think I had it set to 6000k

wow... our company purchased a letus fe 2week ago and i've done only one shooting indoor...pretty hard to get enough light...
i did not think it would be necessarily to get a tele objective because of the already stunning DOF ability of the a1 in tele ... but this picture prove the opposite!(in comparison to your last tele football footage its also kinda sharper?) Also im surprised that there is absolute no vignetting visable - what zoom value did u use?...im asking because im alwas afraid to loose too much of the original picture displayed on the letus ground glass..and thats always a problem to deal with the vignetting.... sorry about my bad english - regards - dom Last edited by Dominik Gehring; September 16th, 2007 at 09:17 AM. |
