Clever microphone stands ?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any clever multi-purpose microphone stands? I'm looking for one that is portable and light , possibly folding into a backpack, and will work on a table top, possibly including a gooseneck.

Have you seen these. Six ounces! I have a couple in my carry-on bag.

Thanks for the lead, Glenn. Actually, I'm looking for something that can be bigger and include a gooseneck. Perhaps I'll just make due with my photo zoom lens ground level pod, though it's really too beefy for the job :

The Table Top microphone stand category contains this item as well, though I would replace its microphone holder with a shockmount :

I have one of these under a different brand name - I think it's the best of the small folding tabletop stands. It isn't clear from the picture, but the center post telescopes up and locks, giving a total stand height of about 10"/25cm.

The reason I like it better than the others is that it weighs more, is more stable, and goes higher.

Thanks for the recommendation, Seth. I'm looking for exactly the telescoping feature.

Trew Audio offers a great clamp mount. I tried to find it on their site and couldn't, or I'd give you a link. It's basically a hand clamp attached to flexible neck that will go anywhere. We use ours all the time. I believe it's made specifically for their store.
