Wireless in Ukraine
My daughter is shooting a documentary in the Ukraine this summer. I was researching if my Sennheiser SKB wireless mics can be used but the online information provided by Sennheiser (below) is in russian. Does anyone know if the UHF equipment can be used in the Ukraine or is it more trouble than it's worth?

I had no problem with my Sennheiser G1 wireless while I was in Kiev.
Chernobyl, however was, another story. I got really strange squawking interference everytime I turned on the wireless. I tried to convince myself it was just power lines nearby, but my hunch it was background radiation. The director of the Chernobyl power plant insisted there was no way that could be the cause. |
